Placing an Order

To place an order of an item(s) that you are interested in, kindly send us an email with the following details:

3. Shipping Address*
4. Billing Address (if different from shipping address)
5. Item(s) Code*
6. Item(s) Color/Design*
7. Discount Code (if any)
8. Payment method: online banking / ATM transfer*
9. Delivery method: Pos Laju / Skynet / C.O.D*
10. Special instructions for your order

Upon receiving your order, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm your order. Any amendments of order must be performed at this stage before issuance of an invoice from Hanchelle Inc.


An invoice will then be issued to your email address containing your order details and payment information. All orders are considered final once an invoice is issued.


Please be informed that should we not receive payment within 24 hours of your order confirmation, your order is considered void and all items listed in your order will be released to other interested customers.
