Please inform us after payment has been made to our account by providing us with as screenshot of your ATM or online transaction in order for us to expedite your shipment as soon as possible.

Delivery Methods:
Our current available delivery options are:
1. Skynet
2. Pos Laju / EMS
2. Cash-on-Delivery (for Kuching customers only)
Delivery charges are indicated on our side bar under "Delivery Options"
Delivery of items will be performed within 24 hours through your preferred delivery method once payment is received.
For orders and/or payments that are confirmed on a Saturday / Sunday / Public Holiday, packages will be posted out on the next business day.
A tracking number for your package will be emailed to you on the same day the package is posted.
Hanchelle Inc. shall not be responsible for any losses/damages to your packages during delivery.
